Dig & Pig

The Countess Sondes invited friends to join her to visit the Kent Archaeological Society Dig and hog roast at Lees Court.

The Dig has been running in excess of eight weeks and is currently the largest Community Archaeological dig in Britain. The archaeologists and volunteers are uncovering two prehistoric monuments dating back to 6000BC.
